Alainna: Week March 28-2
I ran 20.0 miles this week, divided up into 5 days. I ran my longest stretch that I've run in a while, too - 5.2 miles. I'm still feeling really good! I'm so curious how late into my pregnancy I'll be able to keep this up...
Alainna: Week March 21-26
I only got 10 miles in this week. I was sick at the beginning of the week AND it was snowing so I didn't run until Thursday.

Candice's Weekly Report 3/14-3/20
Monday: sculpt class, 1 hour
Tuesday: 1.5 miles on treadmill
Wednesday: nothing
Thursday: Swam laps for 40 minutes
Friday: sculpt/aerobic class, 1 hour
Saturday: nothing
This was a slower week. After my sculpt class on Monday, my body was hurting pretty bad. I think maybe I did too much, because my back was killing me. And the worst part was my arch on my foot started hurting. I tried to walk it off on the treadmill on Tuesday, but I was limping along and felt a little ridiculous so I gave up after a mile and a half. I took a break on Wednesday and decided to try swimming on Thursday. Swimming is great because I don't feel any pain in my back, but I get very bored swimming back and forth. I think I will have to do this more often in the upcoming weeks before the baby comes. The good news is after 2 days off this weekend, my body is feeling great and I am ready to start again this morning.

Alainna: Week March 14-19
I ran 20.0 miles this week! Wahoo! The weather has been great - at least a high of 50s all week, even getting up to 73 yesterday!
I feel a little burnt out though on running. Just need a break. Glad tomorrow is Sunday! Built -in break every week.

Candice's Weekly Report 3/7 - 3/13
Monday: nothing
Tuesday: 3 1/2 mile jog/walk
Wednesday: 1 hour Kickbox class
Thursday: 1 hour sculpt class
Friday: 1 hour sculpt class
Saturday: 2.5 mile jog/walk
I am hoping to get my jogging stroller fixed soon so I can stop jogging with my umbrella stroller. Having to hunch down to push it is not helping my back that is already starting to hurt quite a bit. It seems that my back is hurting a lot more with baby #2, than with the first pregnancy. Or maybe I just forgot that part. The question is, would the back pain be better or worse if I stopped working out? It's gotta be helping, right?

I am now able to ride 12 miles on the bike in 50 minutes. That keeps me pushing most of the time but I can feel my legs getting stronger. Way to go Alainna for your continued dedication.
Alainna: Week March 7-12
I finished the week with 13.8 miles run and 4 miles walked. I had a lower mileage week because I was trying to take it easy in prep for a cheater 5k (3.0 miles) that I ran with some friends this morning. I finished it in 30 minutes. Not great but not horrible. Especially since the last mile or so of it was ALL uphill, with some really steep sections. We're all gonna run another 5k in 4 weeks. We'll see how I'll do then ... 6.5 months pregnant...

Alainna: Week Feb 28-5
I ran 17.2 miles this week! That was divided up into five days, Monday through Friday. I had three 4 milers this week! I wanted so badly to run 2.8 miles on Saturday and get 20 miles for the week but I woke up that morning with a cold so I figured I shouldn't push it by running in 30 degree weather.

Alainna: Week Feb 21-26
This week I ran 14 miles. While that wasn't as much as last week, those 14 miles were only divided into four days of running as opposed to five. I had two 4 milers, and two 3 milers. Today I ran 4 miles and it felt AMAZING. Not sure why it did but I would love to make that happen again.

Alainna: Week Feb 14-19
This week I ran 14.8 miles. My longest run was 4 miles again. It felt better this time.
I just found out that Spencer and Andrea run 5 MILES a day. Both of them. What studs. You guys need to get on here and start recording so we can start adding to our miles faster!
And Jeremy, I seem to recall you saying, and I quote, "Just prepared to get smoked. I run WAAAAAAAY to much for y'all to keep up."
I've yet to see that happen.

Alainna: Week Feb 7-12
Just finished running 4 miles in about 39 minutes. I didn't stop to walk at all. That was my goal for this week so I pushed myself to do it even though the last mile was pretty uncomfortable. Remind me to NOT run that far again for the rest of my pregnancy. Why am I having such a hard time not pushing myself too hard this pregnancy? Last pregnancy I took it pretty easy and I gained too much weight -- not according to my Dr though -- he never said anything about it. But everything I read says I gained about 20 pounds more than I really should have. So I really don't want to do that again this pregnancy! I just don't know how hard I can push myself without hurting the baby. Everyone seems to have a different opinion on the matter.
Anyway, my running total for the week is 14.4 miles. Dang, girl.

The Fielding Biker
I biked 12 miles this morning in 60 minutes. I alternated between a level 7 and level 15. It burned 788 calories according to my machine. I didn't do so well eating. I ended up having too many calories today. I am going to get back at that tomorrow.

Alainna: Week Jan 31-Feb 5
Last week I ran 12.4 miles! That was divided up into five days. My pace is about a ten minute mile or so. The furthest I ran in one run last week was 3.2, which is a 5k. I'm hoping to increase that this week. We'll see...
My friends are putting on a 5k in March which I am sort of training for now. But at that point I'll be six months pregnant and I'm not sure how fast I'll be able to run then. If at all.
Headed out right now to run!
Candice- 5 miles
I went running at the gym on Saturday, and after a slow start, I ended with 5 miles. I had to walk every now and then when I got too tired, but I did it in 1 hour 3 minutes. Not very fast, but I definitely could not have done that 26 weeks pregnant with Laura.
